Background and Expertise
My journey into social and emotional experiences started in childhood. Being sensitive was both a gift and a challenge, leading to emotional ups and downs that felt overwhelming. It was like an emotional rollercoaster, filled with exciting turns and surprises. Once I learned to understand and manage my feelings and incorporate God into my life, my responses changed, making life smoother and more enjoyable. With a degree in Human Resources and Services and a minor in Psychology, I have spent my career empowering children and parents.
